In der vorigen Pille haben wir Ihnen erz\u00e4hlt, dass die technische Voranalyse und das Co-Design das Herzst\u00fcck unserer Produktentwicklung sind. Gerade bei Spezialverbindungselementen m\u00fcssen Sie, um ein Projekt konkret zu entwickeln, sehr klare Vorstellungen haben, um wesentliche \u00c4nderungen w\u00e4hrend der Bearbeitung zu vermeiden, die hohe Kosten verursachen und den Produktionsbeginn verz\u00f6gern.<\/p>\n

Dank der M\u00f6glichkeit, Produkte in 3D zu drucken, vereinfachen wir den Arbeitsablauf und senken die Kosten. Jede \u00c4nderung des Entwurfs kann in kurzer Zeit umgesetzt werden, bevor die Werkzeuge hergestellt und die Maschine f\u00fcr den Kurs eingerichtet wird.<\/p>\n

Durch die Integration des 3D-Drucks in unseren Prozess k\u00f6nnen wir alle Designabl\u00e4ufe im Voraus bewerten und die geometrische \u00dcbereinstimmung der Teile an den gedruckten Prototypen \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.
\nDas Ergebnis ist eine deutliche Verk\u00fcrzung der Projektabwicklungszeiten, der Wegfall von Vorabtests und somit eine Reduzierung der Auswirkungen auf die Endkosten des Produkts, ohne dass die Qualit\u00e4t oder die endg\u00fcltige Funktionalit\u00e4t beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat die Einf\u00fchrung eines 3D-Druckers in unserem technischen B\u00fcro Flexibilit\u00e4t und Designfreiheit zu niedrigen Kosten erm\u00f6glicht, um die Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Vorschl\u00e4ge jedes Kunden zu erf\u00fcllen, ihre Funktionalit\u00e4t oder m\u00f6gliche kritische Probleme sofort zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, sie schnell zu korrigieren und somit unerw\u00fcnschte Ergebnisse zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n

Das Beispiel im Video ist das Prototyping einer 8,8er Hammerkopfschraube und des entsprechenden Metallprodukts mit Kopf, das in die Nut eines Profils eingesetzt wird: Unsere schnellen Prototypen haben eine Konsistenz, die der eines Metallprodukts entspricht, und sind der Beweis f\u00fcr die Umsetzung unserer Analyse- und Co-Design-Methode.<\/p>\n
