BIG NEWS FROM OUR PLANT IN CISANO BERGAMASCO

We are thrilled to announce that the project MASTER FACTORY 4.0 developed in cooperation with MARPOSS has been successfully concluded.

Thanks to the partnership between Marposs and NTS Manufacturing, all the machinery in our production department is now interconnected to manage and control the production function of the whole plant.

 Objectives:

– Monitoring of machine activity load through real-time data collection of headers / thread rollers / sorting machines / CNC centers.
– Cooperate with the production staff in managing work steps.

Benefits:

– Real-time data collection and management on: quantities produced and related timing / machine stops and related causes / raw material used / rejects and product nonconformities / production efficiency KPI measurement
– Drafting of customized reports and dashboards
– Collection of product traceability info
