COLD FORMING AND THREADING

Cold Forming Department

The cold forming department, thanks to the introduction of new-generation machines, is at the forefront and boasts a series of high-performance double-stroke (1die-2blow) and multi-station headers (4-5 stations) able to form different sizes and shapes, even the most complex.

In case the wire needs to be pre-heated before heading, we are equipped with external induction units.

Rolling Department

The nearby rolling department is equipped with a series of state-of-the-art rolling and flat dies threading machines that enables the realisation of various threads, including special ones, on the headed parts.

The new internal mechanical machining department, opened in 2017 and in continuous expansion, is equipped with new generation CNC centres, collaborative robots and machinery for carrying out secondary finishing operations such as turning, milling, threading, drilling, tapping, internal threading and grinding.

The partnership following the acquisition of CITT Trattamenti Termici and the complete renovation of all the facilities in the new 4.0. plant has contributed to a substantial increase in the production capacity. Application of thread lockers

In order to prevent the loosening and corrosion of threaded parts, different types of thread lockers can be applied depending on the usage requirements.
